STEP 1 – Request an offer

2. Watch for our reply within 24 hours.

   • Still nothing? Reach out through our Contact page—some filters block automated emails.

3. We’ll give you an initial, no-obligation estimate by email.

 

STEP 2 – Ship your unit (if accepted)

1. After you approve the estimate, we’ll send detailed packing and shipping instructions.

2. Box up the Model 101 plus all accessories—AC adapter, electrodes, manual, carry bag, etc.

3. Ship the package and email us the tracking number and expected delivery date.

4. We’ll confirm receipt as soon as it arrives.

 

STEP 3 – Final evaluation & payment

1. Our technicians test every component.

2. We send a final offer (may be higher or lower than the initial estimate, depending on condition).

3. If you accept, a check goes out to you right away.

4. If we can’t reach an agreement, we’ll return your entire package at our expense—no risk to you.
