AC Adapter or Charger for the ProWave Model 101 Rife Energy System.
 
DO NOT USE just any adapter you have that may fit!
You may ruin the internal charging system!
The ProWave AC Adapter is an unusal adapter.
 
Some folks order two for charging in different areas of their home.
 
Please handle carefully. Only pull the adapter out from the ProWave holding the thick black end, and only pull out the transformer end from the wall by the transformer - NEVER pull by the wire!!
 
If your ProWave Serial Number is 2000 or below, you'll need an adapter wire between the ProWave and the new AC Adapter. Fill in the information requested below.
 
PLEASE NOTE.... It may not be your AC Adapter! The battery may/may not be at the end of its life. The unit needs a functioning battery to work even when plugged into the wall... so this may be your issue and not the AC Adapter. IF the battery is too old, the unit won't hold a charge, may say "Battery Low - use AC plug in" , or the screen may even be blank. See the ProWave Battery Service for more information. If in doubt, you can order a new AC Adapter first - it's a less expensive option to try first.
